These terms and conditions must be read and construed as forming an agreement between Link Motorcycle Training (hereinafter referred to as Link) and the student. 1. All fees shall be paid on or before each course or lesson. 2. All cheques are to be made payable to Link Motorcycle Training Ltd. 3. If the Student is unable to attend or cancels any course, or is unable to complete any course for any reason whatever other than default on the part of Link he/she will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid in respect of such course. 4. In the event of a mechanical breakdown or other cause Link reserves the right to re-arrange or re-book any course at the earliest convenient time to the student. 5. The student instructor ratio for each course will be at the discretion of link and Link will determine the aptitude of students for each course. 6. It is a condition of participating in any course the student; A. Is licensed to ride a motorcycle on a public highway. (in the UK) B. If using their own motorcycle, the machine is in roadworthy condition C. Has valid insurance cover ( if on own motorcycle) D. The motorcycle has a valid road fund licence and MOT certificate (if required). E. Wears a safety helmet that complies with UK legal requirements 7. If the student wishes to cancel or change the date of their course the student must A. Give 15 clear days notice for a supercourse and test. B. Give 5 clear days notice for all other courses. 8. Should the student not adhere to the above notice periods no refund will be paid in respect of such course. 9. Any course booked within 15 days of the course date will not be eligible for any refund. 10. Link accepts no liability for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising out of the acts or omissions of Link, it’s employee’s or agents unless caused by the negligence or wilful default of Link, it’s employees or agents. 11. Should the student decide to stop or not continue their training once started (for any reason) no refund or credit will be issued or paid in respect of such course. 12. Motorcycle tuition is provided to the customer by LMT Education Ltd, using under licence the name Link Motorcycle Training Ltd. 13. Motorcycle hire is provided to the customer by Link Motorcycle Training Ltd.
